This program is designed specifically for triathletes, runners, swimmers, and cyclists who want to boost performance, prevent injuries, and build strength that carries over to every mile, lap, and race. You'll focus on targeted strength work, core stability, mobility, and functional movement—everything endurance athletes need to move better, recover faster, and stay resilient season after season. Cancellation Policy
Memberships and Packages and Programs * Class passes and training packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. * Class passes have expiry dates and must be used within the specified period (e.g., 5-class pass expires in 3 months). * Packages and sessions must be paid in full before use unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. General Terms * Clients must complete a waiver and health questionnaire before participating in classes, personal training, or programs. * Limitless Athletics is not responsible for injuries incurred during training sessions or classes. We encourage clients to listen to their bodies and communicate with their coach. * We reserve the right to adjust class schedules, trainers, or offerings as needed. Payment Policy * Payments for classes, packages, and training are due at the time of booking. * Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, e-transfer, and cash (where applicable).
